Aside from being lazy (yet perpetually far too busy to do anything about it...there's an irony) I'm also Laura - hello!&nbsp; Welc [...] ]]></description><content:encoded><![CDATA[<div  class="paragraph" style=" text-align: left; ">Well, I've finally got around to it.&nbsp; After about 4 years of well-meaning plans to learn CSS and properly redesign my website, I've gone for the easy route via Weebly!&nbsp; And let's face it, this system makes it much easier to edit and update with new art, news, events and the like...and I'm lazy! <br /><br />Aside from being lazy (yet perpetually far too busy to do anything about it...there's an irony) I'm also Laura - hello!&nbsp; Welcome to my new site, several years and a few failed attempts in the making.&nbsp; Until I write my "About Me" resume/biog/CV I thought I'd say a few things about myself.&nbsp; I'm a part-time zoo keeper and part-time artist/illustrator, and I also take a lot of photos and make bead animals, and run an online art club in the spare time I don't have.&nbsp; I love reading, birdwatching and good films (this is turning into a dating blurb...WLTM...) and I have an awful lot of passions and pet hates, some of which will, I'm sure, come across in future blogs.<br /><br />So...everyone feel free to have a browse around, make yourselves at home and winkle out all the little bugs and typos that I've missed, let me know about them and I can take them away in the dead of night, bury them in soft peat for 3 months and recycle them as firelighters.&nbsp; As you may notice, parts of the site are still under construction and some areas simply don't exist beyond a title.&nbsp; Please be patient with me, and if you're just dying to know what's to come in these sections then you'll have to check back to see where I've got to.&nbsp; <br /><br />I can tell I'm extremely tired right now, I'm typing very fast and saying far too much with far too little content, so feel free to skip to the next section which is the relevant one for news and events.&nbsp; Ha, now she tells us! <br /><br /><span style="font-weight: bold;">Events</span><br /><br />~ Craft Fair at Nether Edge: Sunday, 13th June 2010 - I will NOT be attending this fair as I discovered less than a fortnight before the fair starts (I am less than impressed) - so for anyone I've been telling about this wonderful fair, I LIED, it's run by morons. <br /><br />Anyway, I think that covers everything - I just wanted to say hello really.&nbsp; And check this works!<br /></div>]]></content:encoded></item></channel></rss>
